Just a Little Crazy Goes a Long Way

There has been so much going on in our house. I think the kids are finally over all the sickness, and we are moving in a more healthy direction. Keith is down with a stomach bug and sinus infection, but I still looking on the bright side (along with washing my hands, cleaning our bedroom, and spraying down every surface with Lysol).

Anyway, we have an exciting weekend planned. J is crossing over from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts. We have been preparing for this for almost two months. I have to finish putting together his shadow box tonight, but here is a preview:

We are so proud of all his accomplishes and hope he continues on in Boy Scouts to have as much fun as he did in Cub Scouts.

We are coming up to Spring Break, and my birthday is next week, so I sure there will be more exciting times to come. I think everyone looks forward to Spring Break in our family. It is a week of time spent with family. I have to work a few days, but it won’t be too bad.

I can happily say that we have very few plans for spring Break. It will be lazy few days of kids fighting and the dog wanting to play ball. I will spend a few days with my mom while Keith and J go to the NAACP tournament. J loves going to the games because he gets to go to the concession stands to buy snacks.

The girls will help put together a baby blanket for their new cousin we are expecting in May, and I’m planning on relaxing before heading back to gear up for the last eight weeks of school.

There is more exciting news to come, but I will wait until I know for sure to announce it because I don’t want to jinx anything.

Have a great week everyone! Talk to you next week.
